Noelle Barbone has lived in Delaware County for most of her life.

She grew up in Aldan in the 1950’s and moved with her family to Springfield Delaware County in the late 1960’s where she resided until her marriage to John Barbone in 1971.

 

She and her husband, John are 21-year residents of Chadds Ford Township.  Noelle is former recording secretary of the Chadds Ford HARB and a former member of the Township Strategic Advisory Committee. She currently one of three elected Supervisors in Chadds Ford Township.

 

A Licensed Real Estate Professional for 47 years, Noelle is a strong advocate of Private Property Rights, pursuant to the oath she took when becoming a Realtor® over 40 years ago. She is a long time contributor to her Realtor PAC.

 

Noelle has been an Associate Broker & office manager with Weichert, Realtors since 1988 and is currently the manager of their Paoli office.

 

Noelle is a PA Certified Real Estate Instructor and she served on numerous committees for the Suburban West Realtor Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. She served as PAR Director as well as serving on the Budget and Finance Committee, Issues Mobilization, Long Range Planning and Legislative Committees.

 

Her leadership as chair of the PAR ‘Agency’ Task Force helped change the Law of Agency in Pennsylvania in 1990. This law incorporated ‘Buyer Agency’ into Realtor® practices. Subsequent Realtor Legislative committees she served on were instrumental in passing the Seller Disclosure and Home Inspection Laws in our state.

 

Noelle and John have a daughter Melina and son John Jr.  She is a proud grandmother of two boys, Matteo, age 10 and Mason age 5.

She has 3 sisters and 4 brothers and her parents reside in Springfield Delaware County.

 

In her spare time, Noelle loves to bake cakes and Italian cookies.
